The association works in the Basse Vallée de l’Ouémé Biosphere Reserve, covering an area of 314,300 ha. This space presents a rich diversity of floristic and faunistic species subject to anthopogenic pressures exacerbated by climate change.

It is involved in a number of projects, inclunding the protection and management of biodiversity, environmental education and sustainable development, community support for adaptation to climate change. It also promotes ecotourism and supports community development initiaves.
We support the organization of pirogue tournaments with the aim of raising awareness about the conservation of mangrove ecosystems and endangered species in the Basse Vallée de l’Ouémé Biosphere Reserve. Our support helps finance equipment, communication, awareness-raising elements and the organization of the event. The aim is to educate local communities in the communes of Porto-Novo, Sèmè-Podji, Sô-Ava and Aguégués about the environment.
